The proposed development is located within the R-7 Multiple-Family Zoning District at the southwest corner of Van Buren Street and Austin Boulevard. The proposed development consists of a six-story building with the majority being brick and glass, with an attached photovoltaic array of solar panels positioned above the roof and along the south side of the building. The building height, measured at the flat roof level, will be 71 feet-10 inches tall with 45 residential rental apartment units.
