Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. Fiscal Impact

The current services provided under the Agreement in the amount of $21,753.60 are budgeted under the Village Budget Health Services (44550)-Environmental Services (612)-External Support (530667). Additional services in the amount of $8,899.20 are also budgeted under the Village Budget Health Services (44550)-Environmental Services (612)-External Support (530667).

 

Background

The Contractor is currently providing rodent control services every other week during the months of January, February, March, and December and weekly rodent control services during the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November of 2022.

 

In order to better control the rodent population over the peak gestation period, the Health Department is requesting an increase from once weekly to twice weekly rodent control services during the months of June, July, August, and September of 2022.

 

Alternatives

The Contractor could continue to provide weekly rodent control services during the months of June, July, August, and September of 2022.
