Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The services provided under the Agreement in the amount of $35,000 are budgeted under the Village Budget Health Services (44550)-Environmental Services (612)-External Support (530667).

 

Background

 

The Contractor is currently providing three levels of rodent control services

1) January-March and December: Every-Other Week Rodent Control

2) April-May and October-November: Every Week Rodent Control

3) June-September: Twice Weekly Rodent Control

 

We are also proposing to increase the bait station from 20 to 40 station. This change contributed to increase of the price from the previous price.
