The approved Fiscal Year 2025 budget had a total of $150,000.00 for an Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) in the Water and Sewer Fund, Capital Improvements, account no. 5040-43730-777-570707.

Anticipated Future Actions
In 2025, staff are evaluating options to advance the purchase and installation of a web-based water usage Customer Portal. This would allow the Village and residents to review almost real time water usage at their property, be notified of possible leaks and offer the potential opportunity to move to bi-monthly or monthly billing.
