Background
Founded in 1989, the Oak Park Education Foundation (OPEF) is a privately funded, non-profit organization that works in close partnership with Elementary School District 97.  They are a coalition of professionals that implement hands-on, curriculum-enriching programs for the children of District 97 public schools.

The Foundation is requesting to have a one week camp that will be based out of the Public Works Center.  The camp is part of their BASE (Building A Summer Experience) Camp program.

The camp will meet for one week, June 15 through June 19, 2015, from 8 am to 3 pm.  This camp will be focused on painting a mural under the Harvey Avenue viaduct.  The students will utilize the lunchroom at the Public Works Center and stage their painting supplies in the Center.

The camp will be supervised by OPEF staff and teachers.  The OPEF will enter into the attached agreement and provide the necessary insurance certificate.  Campers will be required to complete the attached Consent form.

The OPEF held camps 2013 and 2014 at the Public Works Center.
