Background
The Administrative Law Judes hears parking and local ordinance citations. The judges currently meet all State law requirements for their positions.
Timing Considerations
The 2025 contract ends December 31, 2025.
Budget Impact
There is no budget impact. The hourly fee for the administrative law judges is $88.68. This rate is consistent with the rates in many other suburban communities whose hourly rates range from $65.00 to $125.00.
