Background
The Careful Peach Boutique requests the use of two (2) public parking spaces in Lot 10, adjacent to the store frontage, to place a food truck and walk-up access for a Bastille Day event from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 13, 2024.
Fiscal Impact
The License Agreement includes a $40 fee in accordance with the Village’s right-of-way obstruction permit for pay-by-plate parking spaces and requires the Licensee to obtain appropriate insurance, including indemnifying the Village.
