Background
Halloween trick-or-treat hours during the past two years have been set during daylight hours due to Halloween falling on weekend days and due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. This year, the attached Resolution has been drafted to return Halloween trick or treats hours to a weekday for hours that fall after school from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. These were the same hours that were set pre-pandemic by the Board in 2019.
