Overview
The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit development interest in the adaptive reuse of some portion of the Village owned parking facility Holley Court Parking Garage for a retail or entertainment use.

The Oak Park EDC will provide a financial analysis of any proposals received.
Background
The Holley Court parking garage has been underutilized. With additional parking spaces coming to downtown through new construction, the Village expects parking demand to consolidate within newer and conveniently located garages. Because of this, the Village is interested in exploring alternative uses for a portion of the garage while maintaining the remaining portion of the structure for public parking.
