Background
Seoul Ave Corporation dba Seoul Ave ("Seoul Ave") seeks a Restaurant Class B-1 liquor license. The license would permit Seoul Ave to sell alcoholic liquor for consumption at the restaurant. Seoul Ave is a Korean restaurant located at 728 Lake Street in Oak Park. Seoul Ave will offer both lunch and dinner and provide a casual yet special experience where everyone can experience Korean cuisine.
At its February 24, 2025, regular meeting, the Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") unanimously voted to recommend that Seoul Ave be granted a Class B-1 liquor license.
This item is specifically related to the Board's goal to support new and existing small businesses and districts in furtherance of economic vitality. The Law and Development Services Departments have been working on this item in preparation to bring it to the Board.

Seoul Ave would like to start serving alcoholic liquor as soon as possible.
