Background
This is a second amendment to the Village Manager’s Employment Agreement with Kevin J. Jackson. The amendment includes a 4% increase to base salary in addition to a lump sum merit payment of 1% of base salary for 2022-2023 performance.
Additionally, the Board and Manager have mutually agreed to move the Annual Performance Evaluation dates from April 1 through July 1 to February 1 through May 1 of each year.
