Background
Penny's Noodle Shop ("Penny's") has been in operation in the Village for the past 20 years at 1130 Chicago Avenue. Penny's owner, Eleven - Thirty Chicago, Inc., plans to sell the corporation and the restaurant to Jonathan Donnelly. Mr. Donnelly will continue to operate the restaurant at the current location.

Mr. Donnelly has filed an application for the transfer of the current Restaurant Class B-2 liquor license which will do business as Penny's Oak Park. A B-2 license allows the sale of beer and wine alcoholic beverages only at restaurants. Mr. Donnelly will continue to operate the restaurant in the same manner as the current restaurant.
