Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

The Village seeks to renew the Professional Services Agreement previously approved by the Board of Trustees for the third party administrator (TPA) services for the Village's workers' compensation program. This vendor was selected following an RFP issued in 2017 and has provided strong TPA services including improved communication, reporting, online record management, and case resolution.

Background
The Village released an RFP for TPA services in 2017 and received four responses. The Village Board approved and subsequently renewed Professional Services Agreements with PMA based on pricing, additional administrative tools, and a high level of service. The Village has had a positive experience working with PMA and has successfully settled a number of outstanding workers compensation claims, including longstanding claims over the past six years with PMA's support.

Fiscal Impact
The annual cost for a three (3) year contract is $34,262.00 per year. Funds are budgeted in the Self Insured Retention Fund External Support Account no. 6026.41071.101.530667.
