The Engineering Division requested a proposal from V3 Companies to provide construction engineering services for overseeing the 2026 Bike Boulevard project. V3 previously designed the project and is most qualified to oversee the completion of the construction project.

* The Village Board approved the Renewal of the Master Agreement with V3 Companies, Ltd. for Professional Engineering Services in 2026 on December 9, 2025 (RES 25-354).
* The Village Board approved an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Village of Oak Park and the County of Cook for the Invest in Cook Grant for the 2026 Neighborhood Greenway Project in an Amount of $250,000 on September 9, 2025 (RES 25-261).
* The Village Board approved the Renewal of the Master Agreement with V3 Companies, Ltd. for Professional Engineering Services in 2025 on December 2, 2024 (RES 24-388).
* The Village Board approved a Task Order for Professional Engineering Services with V3 Companies, Ltd. for Design Engineering Services for the 2025 and 2026 Bike Boulevards Project in an Amount not to exceed $145,442 on October 8, 2024 (RES 24-301).
