Background
Royale Liquors LLC dba Pete's Fresh Market #21 seeks a Package Class C-1 liquor license. This license would allow for Pete's Fresh Market to sell liquor, beer, and wine in the original packaging, not to be consumed on-site. Located at 668 Madison Street, Pete's Fresh Market is working on opening its doors soon to the community.
At its April 28, 2026 regular meeting, the Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") unanimously voted to recommend that Pete's Fresh Market be granted a C-1 liquor license.
Timing Considerations
If approved, Pete's Fresh Market would be able to receive a liquor license at the moment its business license is issued, and the market is ready to open its doors for business.
