Background
Health Inspection Professionals, Inc. will provide inspection services of food service establishments, and any additional environmental health inspections that may arise for the Village’s Health Department at the direction of the Village’s Public Health Director of the Public Health Director’s designee. The term of the current Agreement is proposed to be extended through December 31, 2023, at the not to exceed amount of $96,000.
Fiscal Impact
The FY 2023 Budget includes funding for these services within account # 1001-44550-612-530667 (Health Department- Environmental Services, External Support).

The Village is a certified public health department and is required to perform this work related to health inspections. This work could also be performed by a full-time employee.
