This is a Parking Lot License Agreement that would authorize Careful Peach Boutique to use two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10 at the corner of Marion Street and North Blvd for a one-day event on July 8, 2023.

Background
The Careful Peach Boutique requested the use of two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10, adjacent to the store frontage to place a food truck and walk-up access for a Bastille Day 2023 event.
Fiscal Impact
The License Agreement includes a $40 fee, in accordance with the Village’s right-of-way obstruction permit for metered parking spaces, and requires the Licensee to obtain appropriate insurance, including indemnifying the Village.
