Background
Bourbon Fire seeks the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-4 liquor license for the property located at 133 S. Oak Park Avenue. Bourbon Fire will be a restaurant serving wood oven fired pizza as well as other various oven-roasted meals. Bourbon Fire plans to offer a selection of wine, beer, and spirits to complement its food offerings. There will be seating for 50 persons with ten tables and seating at a bar.
At its special meeting of September 9, 2021, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) found that Bourbon Fire met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-4 license and voted to unanimously recommend that the license be issued. Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include Bourbon Fire as a B-4 licensee.
