Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Overview
Overview
The Village has written the draft Program Year (PY) 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development ("Con Plan") that will guide future decisions for allocating Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") and Emergency Solutions Grant ("ESG") program funds. The Village has also prepared the draft PY 2015 Action Plan, which includes proposed CDBG & ESG activities that the Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee ("CDCAC") recommended and that the Board is now being asked to approve. Citizen participation requirements mandate a 30-day public comment process for both plan documents.

Approve the resolution authorizing the CDCAC's PY 2015 funding recommendations and release the two plans for a 30-day public comment period.

Citizen Advisory Commission Action
With regard to the draft PY2015-2019 Consolidated Plan, the Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee (CDCAC) Chair was interviewed and members participated in the Consolidated Plan priority process. With regard to the draft PY2015 Action Plan, in the spring of 2015, the CDCAC reviewed applications, heard presentations and made recommendations regarding CDBG and ESG applications for PY 2015 funding. The Board is being asked to approve these funding recommendations.
