Background
3Hearts Group Inc. dba Mira Social ("Mira Social") seeks a Restaurant Class B-1 liquor license. The license would permit Mira Social the sell alcoholic liquor for consumption at the restaurant. Mira Social is an upscale caf? concept that is derived from three main pillars - Food, Drink, and Community. It will be warm and inviting and a place for neighbors to gather, and laugh while listening to great music.
At its November 19, 2024, special meeting, the Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") unanimously voted to recommend that Mira Social be granted a Class B-1 liquor license.
This item is specifically related the Board's goal to support new and existing small businesses and districts in furtherance of economic vitality. The Law and Development Services Departments have been working on this item in preparation to bring it to the Board.

Mira Social would like to start serving alcoholic liquor as soon as possible.
