This is an agreement for a new bailiff for administrative adjudication hearings for a one year period to replace a bailiff that retired.

Fiscal Impact
The hourly fee for the baliff is $28.00. The two (2) baliffs will not exceed $30,000.00 combined during the 2020 fiscal year. The FY20 budget is $162,000.00 for these services. The payment to all administrative law judges will not exceed $132,000.00.
Background
The Adjudication baliffs provide services for approximately 100 days of hearings. The agreement is for Caleb Zufall to provide these services to replace Edward Polfus who has retired.
