Background
The ordinance amends the Village Code to delete the requirement that one member of the Board of Health be a dentist. The ordinance makes this requirement optional. In addition, the ordinance amends the Code to provide that if a student member is appointed to the Board of Health, that member’s term would be for one (1) year.
