Background
On July 30, 2024, the Village Board approved a resolution which authorized the Sixth Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement (RDA) which includes Pete’s Fresh Market. A permit for the earth retention system and foundation of the store was issued on August 2, 2024. The Sixth Amendment to the RDA and the permit issuance set the milestone for the grocery store’s foundation being laid on or before November 10, 2024. Representatives from Pete’s Fresh Market will provide details on achieving this milestone and a status report on the overall construction project.
