Background
Breakfast House Marion, Inc. dba Breakfast House ("Breakfast House") seeks a Restaurant Class B-1 liquor license. The license would permit Breakfast House the sell alcoholic liquor for consumption at the restaurant. The first-ever Breakfast House was established in the West Town neighborhood in 2012. Since that time, Breakfast House now has seven locations throughout Chicagoland. Breakfast House takes pride in the freshness of its ingredients and unique recipes. The tagline for the business is "Love is our secret seasoning!"
At its December 17, 2024, special meeting, the Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") unanimously voted to recommend that Breakfast House be granted a Class B-1 liquor license.
This item is specifically related to the Board's goal to support new and existing small businesses and districts in furtherance of economic vitality. The Law and Development Services Departments have been working on this item in preparation to bring it to the Board.

Breakfast House would like to start serving alcoholic liquor as soon as possible.
