Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Overview
Overview
As an entitlement community, the Village of Oak Park receives an annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and uses the funds for a variety of locally-determined projects. The Village has partnered with local non-profits to disburse the Village's CDBG allocation under the public services, public facility improvement, and administration line items. Staff seeks Board approval to enter into agreements with the selected grantees.

Background
As an entitlement community, the Village of Oak Park receives an annual CDBG allocation from HUD and uses the funds for a variety of locally-determined projects.

The following CDBG Resolutions and Agreements represent the allocation of funding for all Board- approved projects for Program Year (PY) 2024. The Agreements outline the terms and conditions of their grants with the Village and HUD.
