Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Background
L'Alberello, Inc., DBA Anfora ("Anfora"), originally sought a liquor license under the originally created Package Class C-8 Boutique liquor license classification for the premises at 128 S. Marion Street. The space at 128 S. Marion met the parameters under the original ordinance that set a maximum allowable space of 1,300 squre feet and seating for fifteen (15) persons in a lounge area for Class C-8 licensees.

Anfora has been offered a small room in space next door to the 128 S. Marion location by its landlord which would increase its square footage to 1,490 and allow for seating for up to twenty (20) Persons. Anfora has sought the amendments contained in the attached ordinance to increase the allowable space and seating for this additional space. The ordinance amends the Class C-8 license classification to allow up to 1,500 square feet in retail space for licensees and seating for up to twenty (20) persons. At the Liquor Control Review Board's ("LCRB") January 28, 2020 meeting, the LCRB made the determination to recommend that the Village Board adopt the Village Code amendments proposed by Anfora.
