Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

The Village contracts with Pest Management Services to conduct inspections and provide treatment for rat control. This item is for the contract renewal to continue to work with Pest Management Services.

* At the Village Board meeting on September 20, 2021, the Village Board approved a contract with Pest Management Services (RES 21-195)
Background
This is a core service priority. There are no service changes from prior contracts. Pest Management Services will utilize tamper-resistant bait stations, snap traps, and bait (rodenticide).
A work ticket will be provided following each service. This ticket will describe the inspection performed, the treatment that was provided, as well as any pest activity seen. Pest Management Services will also note any additional work needed to ensure a pest-free environment.
Calendar dates of service include:
* January-March and December: Every other week, rodent control
* April-May and October-November: Every week, rodent control
* June-September: Twice weekly, rodent control
Timing Considerations
The current contract with Pest Management Services ends on December 31, 2025.
Budget Impact
This is an already budgeted expense in the following G/L account: 1001.44550.612.530667.
