Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Background
Brewpoint seeks the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-1 liquor license for the property located at 163 S. Oak Park Avenue. The property was previously occoupied by Live 2.0!, LLC, DBA Live Caf?, which also maintained a Restaurant Class B-1 liquor license at the location. Brewpoint will have table seating for approximately 24 persons and will offer a menu of various food options and specialty coffee beverages. The ownership of Brewpoint has three other locations in Elmhurst.

At its special meeting of May 1, 2021, the Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") found that Brewpoint met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-1 license and voted to unanimously recommend that the license be issued. Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include Brewpoint as a B-1 licensee.
