Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Board and Commission Information

Building Codes Advisory Council - The Building Codes Advisory Commission advises and makes recommendations on model code amendments, updates and interpretations to the Village of Oak Park's Chief Building Official and serves as the Building Codes Board of Appeals.

Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee - The Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee recommends to the Village Board for the annual allocation of Federal Community Development Block Grant funds for public service, administration, property and infrastructure improvements, and economic revitalization activities targeted to low- and moderate-income individuals.

Police Pension Board - The Village of Oak Park’s Police Pension Board is responsible for administering and managing the pension fund for Oak Park police personnel, including overseeing the control of fund assets and directing the payment of retirement benefits to eligible members and their beneficiaries.
