Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Background
Every five years, the Village must prepare a Consolidated Plan for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds. The purpose of the HUD-mandated Consolidated Plan is to state the priorities and strategies for meeting the needs of low- and moderate-income persons with CDBG funding. The Consolidated Plan will guide the funding allocations the Village recommends over the next five years, beginning with Program Year (PY) 2025, which starts on October 1, 2025.
In PY 2025, the Village will receive $1,574,409 in CDBG funding. The Community Development Citizen Advisory Commission (CDCAC) reviewed all PY 2025 applications and is recommending the following allocations to non-profit organizations that serve the Oak Park community.

Timing Considerations
