Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

The Village has been working with Sam Schwartz Engineering to update the Village's Bike Plan. Sam Schwartz is no longer doing business under this name and is now working as TYLin International Great Lakes, Inc. This Assignment and Consent Agreement assigns the current contract from Sam Schwartz Engineering, D.P.C. to TYLin International Great Lakes, Inc.

Background
The Village has been working with Sam Schwartz Engineering to update the Village's Bike Plan since the summer of 2024. Sam Schwartz has been a TYLin company for many years but now is no longer working under the Sam Schwartz name. This Assignment and Consent Agreement assigns the current contract from Sam Schwartz Engineering, D.P.C. to TYLin International Great Lakes, Inc. Work on the Bike Plan Update is nearly complete.
