On June 11, 2024, the Board authorized the settlement of Workers’ Compensation Case Number 2023 WC 02589 filed by Brian Rebeles. The agreement sets forth the settlement terms pursuant to the parameters authorized by the Board.

The amount of the settlement is paid out of the Village’s self-insured retention fund.
