Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

The Village requested a proposal from Baxter & Woodman to update the existing hydraulic model of the water distribution system in order to evaluate the water system's performance and determine recommendations for improvements to improve the system, which will inform the water and sewer rate study and be used to develop a 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan. The cost to update the model and determine recommendations is $66,800. The model was developed in 2014 and has not been significantly updated since its original development.

Background
The Village requested a proposal from Baxter & Woodman to update the existing hydraulic model of the water distribution system in order to evaluate the water system's performance and determine recommendations for improvements to the system, which will inform the water and sewer rate study and be used to develop a 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
