In 2023, the Village contracted with TranSystems Corporation to provide construction management services for the Village's Madison Street Improvement Project and for the Pete's Fresh Market development's work in the public right of way. Pete's work was originally anticipated to overlap with the Village's project, which is no longer the case. The additional cost to have TranSystems oversee the Pete's work is $49,956 and adjusts the contract from $512,926 to $562,882.

Background
In 2023 the Village entered into a Task Order with TranSystems Corporation to provide construction engineering services for the Madison Street Improvement Project and for providing construction inspection and oversight for the streetscaping work being done by the Pete's Fresh Market development for their work in the public right-of-way (ROW).
