Overview
The Engineering Division requested a proposal from V3 Companies to provide construction engineering services for the 23-2 Resurfacing of Various Streets project. V3 has previously provided construction engineering services for the Village and has available, qualified staff to oversee this construction project. The construction project includes resurfacing various streets, sewer repairs, and traffic calming improvements. Construction is planned to start in July and last through November.

Background
The Engineering Division requested a proposal from V3 Companies to provide construction engineering services for the 23-2 Resurfacing of Various Streets project. V3 Companies is one of the four engineering consulting firms with a Master Agreement approved by the Village Board for doing projects via a task order procurement process. The not to exceed cost for the construction engineering work for this project is $218,053.
The construction project includes resurfacing various streets, sewer repairs, and traffic calming improvements. There is a separate agenda item at tonight's meeting for the construction contract with R.W. Dunteman Company for this project.

There is $238,272 available in the FY 23 Budget for construction engineering expenses for this project within account # 3095-43780-101-570951 (Capitol Improvement Fund, Public Works - Engineering, Local Street Construction)
