As part of the Lake and Forest Development, a permanenent easement is necessary to be located at the Village property located north of 150 Forest Avenue for various utilities to locate their facilities within the easement for the development, including ComEd and Nicor.

The Village owns the property located north of 150 Forest Avenue as depicted in the exhibit attached to the Utility and Public Access Easement. Various utilities, including ComEd and Nicor, need to locate their facilities in the easement in order to provide service to the Lake and Forest Development, as well as to surrounding properties.
