Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Background
The Village of Oak Park recognizes five organizations as partner agencies that assist with meeting Village Board goals. Three of these organizations focus on the development of the business community, promoting tourism and arts. The Village Board will be hearing three separate presentations from the three organizations that will highlight their accomplishments of 2025, their organization's goals for 2026 and their funding request for 2026.

There are no specific timing considerations associated with this item.
Budget Impact
Based on the feedback received by the Village Board, staff will adjust the organization's funding for the fiscal year 2026 budget.
Staffing Impact
Historically, these organizations have coordinated directly with Development Services staff. For fiscal year 2026, Downtown Business Alliance and Oak Park & Beyond would collaborate with the Office of Economic Vitality. The Oak Park Arts Council would remain with Development Services.
