Background
Historically after an election with new members of the Village Board, these documents are updated. In 2023, the Village Board held four regular meetings to update and create a Village Board vision, strategic goals and strategic priorities. In addition, staff also included strategic priorities related to the board goals.
Alternatives
The Village Board could delay discussion and schedule review and approval at a future date.
