Background
Fritzi's Delicatessen seeks the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-2 liquor license for the property located at 113 N. Oak Park Avenue. Fritzi's Delicatessen will have table seating for approximately 80 persons and will be a delicatessen styled restaurant that will offer catering services. Fritzi's Delicatessen will serve lunch and dinner along with box meals. Beverage service will include beer and wine and an extensive list of non-alcoholic options.

At its special meeting of September 9, 2021, the Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") found that Fritzi's Delicatessen met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-2 license and voted to unanimously recommend that the license be issued.
