The Ordinance authorizes the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-4 liquor license to Urban Spoon, LLC, DBA Spoon & Vine (“Spoon & Vine”) for the property located at 734 Lake Street (“Property”).

Background

Spoon & Vine has applied for a Restaurant Class B-4 liquor license for the property located at 734 Lake Street.  At its meeting on June 30, 2015, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) determined that Spoon & Vine met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a license and recommended that the Village Code be amended so that the Local Liquor Control Commissioner may issue the license.
