Background
OPPD has been in regular communication with District 97 officials in furtherance of this legal requirement, and both parties seek to memorialize the nature of the agreement between the parties in furtherance of this mandate.
To that end, D97 will issue five external proxy cards, five internal master keys, and five "I Love U Guys" SRP ID Cards to the authorized OPPD agent charged with administering this MOU. The aforementioned items will be inventoried at the Oak Park Police station and made available to field supervisors to provide rapid entry access to a D97 building in the event of an emergency.
