The Village received a petition signed by 100% of the residents along the affected street frontage to add "On-Street Overnight Permit Parking from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m." to the north side of the 600 block of Randolph Street (from the north alley to Wesley Avenue). This would establish approximately six (6) on-street overnight permit parking spaces.

After holding a hearing on October 10, 2023, the Transportation Commission recommended approval of the petitioner's request, which would result in the addition of approximately six (6) on-street overnight permit parking spaces to the north side of the 600 block of Randolph Street (from the north alley to Wesley Avenue).
Background
The Village received a petition signed by the residents residing at 244 Wesley Avenue to add "On-Street Overnight Permit Parking from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m." to the north side of the 600 block of Randolph Street (from the north alley to Wesley Avenue). Petitions for the addition, removal or modification of permitted parking restrictions require the signatures of residents representing at least 75% of the affected street frontage. In this instance, the residents residing at 244 Wesley Avenue represent 100% of the affected street frontage since this is adjacent to their side yard.
