Background

C. Parlato, LLC DBA Ciro (“Ciro”) seeks a Restaurant Class B-6 liquor license. The license would permit Ciro’s customers to bring their own beer and wine into the restaurant for consumption with food. Ciro is an Italian restaurant featuring dishes from 20 regions, and it is located near Anfora Wine Merchants. Ciro’s owner believes that obtaining a BYO liquor license will enhance business and create opportunities to collaborate with neighboring businesses.

At its August 27, 2024, regular meeting, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) unanimously voted to recommend that Ciro be granted a Class B-6 liquor license.
