Background

On March 13, 2023, the Board authorized the settlement of Workers’ Compensation Claim Number W002985834 filed by Jason Sochacki.  The agreement sets forth the settlement terms pursuant to the parameters authorized by the Board.

The amount of the settlement is paid out of the Village’s self-insured retention fund.
