Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. Overview
V3 Companies has been overseeing the construction of the Austin Boulevard Sewer Improvement Project being constructed by Millennium Contracting. The construction project experienced delays primarily associated with permitting requirements from Union Pacific Railroad and by Illinois Department of Transportation which resulted in V3 having to oversee the project beyond the anticipated hours in their original Task Order and proposal.

Background
V3 Companies has been overseeing the construction of the Austin Boulevard Sewer Improvement Project being constructed by Millennium Contracting. The construction project experienced delays primarily associated with permitting requirements from Union Pacific Railroad and by Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) which resulted in V3 having to oversee the project beyond the anticipated hours in their original Task Order and proposal.

The Union Pacific (UP) permitting delays were associated with UP issuing approvals for the contractor to start work for inspecting and repairing the sewer and replacing the roadway under the UP viaduct between North and South Boulevards. The IDOT permitting delays were associated with the IDOT permit for traffic control associated with the emergency water supply disconnection at the Roosevelt Road and Austin Boulevard intersection.
