Background

On July 5, 2023, the Board authorized the settlement of Cook County Circuit Court Case Number 2021 L 007302. The agreement sets forth the settlement terms pursuant to the parameters authorized by the Board.

The amount of the settlement is paid out of the Village’s self-insured retention fund.
