Overview
An increase to the 2024 agreement is necessary to pay outstanding invoices for repairs that are not covered by the service and maintenance agreement. This Resolution also authorizes the execution of an agreement for the term of 01/01/25 through 12/31/24. This is a sole source agreement since Revcon is the only Illinois dealer and servicer of the TIBA system.
