Background
V-Munch LLC dba Alice & Friends ("Alice & Friends") seeks a Restaurant B-1 liquor license. This license would permit Alice & Friends to sell alcoholic liquor for consumption at the restaurant, located at 104 N. Marion Street. At the January 27, 2026, Liquor Control Review Board meeting, the board unanimously voted to recommend that Alice & Friends be granted a B-1 license.
Timing Considerations
If approved, Alice & Friends would be able to receive their license and begin serving alcohol at the restaurant.
Financial Impact
There is no budget impact associated with this item.
Operations Impact
The Law Department and Development Services Department are primarily responsible for this item. A public meeting was held on January 27, 2026, that was attended by Development Services and Law Department Staff.
