Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Background
The Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/11-13-19, requires the approval (publication) of municipal zoning maps by March 31st of each year.  The Resolution approves the Village's current zoning map pursuant to the statute.

The Village Board approved the Village's then current Zoning Map in March of 2014.

Anticipated Future Actions/Commitments
Staff will return in March of 2016 with a request for approval of the zoning map with any zoning changes approved during 2015.

Zoning and land use matters are unique to Village government within the corporate limits of Oak Park and therefore, intergovernmental cooperation opportunities do not exist.
