Overview
The proposed Ordinance removes OMG! Brunch & Boutique, LLC, DBA OMG! Brunch & Boutique at 100 S. Oak Park Avenue, Original Pizza, LLC Series Oak Park, DBA Leona's Pizzeria at 848 Madison Street, La Majada Restaurant at 226 Harrison Street and Dominick's Finer Foods, LLC, DBA Dominick's #1124 at 259 Lake Street as liquor licensees from the Village Code due to the closing of these businesses.

Fiscal Impact
The removal of these businesses as liquor licensees from the Village Code will have no fiscal impact as they have previously ceased operations.

Background
The purpose of the Ordinance is to remove the above referenced businesses as liquor licensees from the Village Code so that the number of liquor licenses referenced in the Code is consistent with the current number of active businesses holding liquor licenses. The Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") unanimously recommended adoption of the Ordinance at its March 24, 2015 meeting.
